USA LARGEST SOLO AD MAILER - Get 4000+ Clicks - 800+ Optins - Sales Guaranteed
This solo ads formula will make you money… fast.
What exactly is a solo ad?
Solo ads are promo e-mails you send to lists owned by a source/company/marketer.
You pay an upfront fee for the service… and need to know not always more expensive means more responsive.
To tell you the truth, I was a bit confused in the beginning when I was starting out, I thought the more expensive a solo ad was, the more quality the leads would be, since you know, marketers with huge lists would not want to ruin their connections with their subscribers…
…and sometimes it’s like that, yet not too often.
Turned out people who run solo ad businesses care about long term customers the most… maybe because they would not ruin their lists, therefore would not ruin that reputation, I don’t know, that might not be the reason, what I wanted you to understand is not always paying more gets you the best service.
As a matter of fact, I’ve run very cheap and the same time extremely profitable solo ads… but I have a lot of friends who are marketers, and by friends I mean I’m huge online and they know I wouldn’t send out something dumb.
I do this:
1 I reach out to someone I find on Google
2 I write a crazy email and show it to them
3 I negotiate the price
4 I send out the email and get twice the clicks they get
5 I’m always welcome to run more emails to that list since they now know I know email marketing and their list is safe.
Let me list what you need to consider when renting an email list:
1 List name
Where do those leads come from?
2 Offer
What have they purchased before?
3 Date
Last date this list was contacted
4 List size
5 Quantity
How many names you have to rent at a time
6 Open rates
what are the open rates of this list when mailed to?
7 Click through rates
How many people would actually click to see your offer
8 Previous buyers or not
Were these people previous buyers or not?
9 Cost to rent the list
How much it would cost you and how many clicks to expect
10 Who else has rented the list before?
11 Are they going to mail blind or endorsed for you?
You should always insist on the owner’s name being the ‘from’ field on the emails they are going to send out for you.
12 Can you split test two different emails to see which one pulls better?
13 Who manages the list?
14 How long it will take you to know the open rates and the click through rates
You need this information in hours and not days to be able to start another campaign if the first doesn’t go well.
Now that you know how to find the best vendors and send out killer emails that get a ton of clicks, I want to tell you how to get the best price.
Most people just buy when they choose a place to order.
This is like buying a second hand car and not negotiating the price at all, you can do it if you want, but why would you?
You should always negotiate the price as much as you can, most times you will lower it by much, skip those vendors who play tough… maybe go back to them in a week or so if you want a particular vendor that bad.
If you can’t lower the price though, ask for bonuses, whatever they are… you have to learn to bargain, I know it’s frown upon (I don’t know why, actually I do – cause people are financially ignorant), but you can’t afford to always pay asked prices.
And now something people just choose to not consider
Solo ads get you clicks, the better your emails, the more clicks you get, and if you want even better results, you can send out to buyers lists (they are more expensive though).
But you still only get clicks, and not leads. Whether you will make money and how much, depends only on your emails and email follow-ups.
You can buy ads on NextMark, or soloaddirectory (this is a place where you can read live comments about the vendors and whether they are worth it or not), but I can’t vouch for any of these.
I always search out quality blogs and get in touch through the contact forms… you can also use Buzsteem to search out and connect with marketers who collect leads faster.
